Boat Tour Around Calabogie Lake
Learn the history of the lake. View the varied topography. Take a run up to the chute and more. Life jackets supplied.
According to Alfred Clarke, a long time resident of the area who wrote “A History of Calabogie” in the mid-1960s, the derivation of the name Calabogie was from the Indian name for Sturgeon. The Sturgeon came up the river to spawn. They were not able to go above the high falls, about a mile from the lake, and so they congregated in the lake.

ATV or Side-By-Side Tour Riding
To enjoy the natural scenery, we recommend a half-day tour with the option to upgrade to a full-day tour. Half-day tours run for about three hours and include a trail-side lunch. Tours start at 10 AM or 1 PM. If time permits, other starting times are possible.
Price includes vehicle rental. Passengers can take turns driving. Another option is each rider can rent a separate machine and drive themselves.

Drive A Mustang Racing Car
Here’s a Mustang Quick Fix on the full 5 KM race track at Calabogie Motorsports Park. Great for all skill levels. Includes an orientation and theory session and 45 minutes of accelerating lapping following a lead car. If you can show reasonable car control and prove you are comfortable at race speeds, you’re setting the pace.
Rain or shine. Drivers must book two weeks in advance. Programs take place in the evenings from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM. The minimum age is 16.
